Refund policy
We don't accept returns for refunds. We allow returns for store credit within 14 days from the date the the tracking number states it was delivered. Please be aware that the items returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. We will only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be resold. Items that are not in our sale section and were purchased with a discount code are eligible to be returned. Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY SO NO USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
As of October 30th, 2020 ALL SALES WILL BE AND ARE FINAL SALE DUE TO COVID-19. Body suits, swim wear, accessories, intimate goods, gift cards, and white items are all FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTION.
We do not refund monies when items or orders are canceled, store credit will be given instead and shipping fee will be deducted from credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
