Shipping policy

Shipping:

To ensure your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and / or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately at stassiesboutique@gmail.com We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen).  You must take this up with the United States Postal Service.  Stassies Boutique does not hold responsibility for package that state delivered.  Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.

Processing Time: 

Please note that orders in the US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that it is placed. Depending on the shipping method and shipping destination.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
